International Shipping

We ships goods to anylocations locations worldwide.

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Please note, some products may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

International orders go through our partner, FedEx or UPS. If you have any questions or need help, our customer service team is happy to assist you.

Shipping Time: The delivery time may vary in different regions, but the slowest transaction time is no more than 1 month.

International shipping rates: International shipping rates, calculated by system during Checkout, takes a number of factors into account, including shipping speed (standard/express), number of items purchased, item weight, and the destination location/region.

Merchandise on backorder: If your merchandise temporarily becomes on backorder, you will be sent a detailed email which will include a new expected shipping date (if available). If the expected shipping date is greater than 30 days or has changed twice, the email will also include instructions on how to accept or decline the backorder date.

In order to prevent fraud, we do not accept orders from the following regions:

Syria

Israel

Saudi Arabia

Pakistan

India

That is to say, we will not ship the above regions. If you have already paid, please contact our customer service to request a refund.

 

Return and Exchange

Returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

How to return or exchange?

Contact us to apply return or exchange. After we agree it, we will send you an address, you can ship the package to this address by your local express.
To return a product to us, please follow these requests:

Contact our customer service within 24 hours after the package is signed and explain the reason. Otherwise, the return or exchange application after more than 24 hours will not be approved.

The returned shoes must not affect the second sale.

The picture you provide must be a real shot, otherwise we will judge your behavior as a fraud.
